DVD and DVD-ROM Production Services
Whether you need 50 DVD’s duplicated today or 50,000 DVDROM’s replicated next week, SMG has you covered. Your short-run needs are supported in our Alpharetta, GA facility, one of the largest CDR/DVDR fulfillment facilities in the country while larger projects are produced in one of our 2 CDROM/DVDROM facilities in North Carolina.
We support all of the DVD formats including DVD5, DVD9,VD10, DVDHD, and BlueRay. Additionally, we have the ability to replicate DVD Flexdiscs, mini DVD’s, and DVD business cards.
DVR Production (Short-run duplication):
If you have a requirement to produce 100, 200, 500, or 1000 DVD's, SMG has an extensive in-house capability at our Alpharetta, GA facility. With a capacity of over 10000 DVDR's per day and a variety of label printing capabilities on-site, we can turn your order around quickly, often with same day or next day turnaround.
SMG’s DVR services include:
- Duplication on the highest grade of certified, licensed media available.
- 4 color Everest direct-to-face printing (not inkjet or paper labels) or the more economical one color (black or blue) thermal printing. Additional printing options, including our perfect-print solution are available.
- A variety of standard and custom packaging and fulfillment options.
- Short-run duplication is used in those instances where you are running fewer than 1000 units per master or when you need very quick-turnaround on your project.
DVD-ROM Production (Long-run replication):
If your project is larger than 1000 units, it is generally more economical to replicate through one of our 2 CDROM/DVDROM plants. We have a capacity in excess of 1.2 million units per day. Replication takes longer(8-12 working days depending on schedules).
SMG’s DVD-ROM services include:
- Replication in class 100 clean-run environment.
- Silkscreen or offset printings.
- Extensive automated packaging for amaray, mailers, sleeves, and other packaging.
