SMG has developed strong partnerships with outsource vendors for those components that we do not produce in-house. Our outsource management services group qualifies vendors(and we always have multiple vendors for each component) and manages the ongoing relationships with our vendors. The result is that we buy large volumes(resulting in lower costs to us and our customers), we have an intimate knowledge of our vendors' capabilities, and we have the relationships and the leverage to "make things happen". A number of our customers utilize our outsource management services without using any of our in-house services simply because we can source it less expensively and more reliably.

Components that we outsource include:

* Long-run CD-ROM production
* One and two color computer documentation(demand and offset)
* CD packaging including multi-colored mailers, jewel cases, tyvec sleeves
* Jewel case inserts(Front cards, Inlays).
